Construction Industry in Malaysia Needs Changes

The Chairman of Construction Industry Development Board, Tan Sri Jamilus Husein, challenged all sectors in construction industry to change and adopt the industrialised building systems. The challenge goes to the regulators, authorities, designers, consultants, architects, higher learning institutions, contractors, vendors and suppliers.

In order to lead organizational change, it is imperative that the following change processess or strategies are in place

2. create vision and build commitment

3. create the macro change strategy

4. design the change management plan

5. implement the change plan

6. learn and adjust
